Southeast Surveyors officially opened its doors for business in June of 2024. Prior to becoming its own private business, land survey work was being done since 2022 as the survey department under Carlson Environmental Consultants, PC (CEC) out of North Carolina. Seeing success over the years under CEC and the opportunity for growth and expansion in the Middle Tennessee region, Southeast Surveyors, LLC. was started in 2024 as its own business, operating in the same capacity and serving the same client and customer base.
The Company has grown mostly through word of mouth and client recommendations. At its inception, Southeast Surveyors has mainly served clients in the Middle Tennessee region, but is capable of providing land survey services to Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Washington state.
